How to install Java properly on Mozilla Firefox to run Biometric or any other device properly


Mozilla Firefox is the best browser for the csc vle or any other person who needed to run any other device on browser. from the Beginning with Firefox 52 (released March 2017), plug-in support is limited to Adobe Flash, and drops support for NPAPI, impacting plugins for Java, Silverlight, and other similar NPAPI based plugins. If you have problems accessing Java applications using Firefox, Oracle recommends using Internet Explorer (Windows) or Safari (Mac OS X) instead. Developers and System administrators looking for alternative ways to support Firefox users should see this blog.

Now I am going to show you a simple process step-by-step how to install Java and Activate java for your  Mozilla Firefox Browser to run run Biometric device, Webcam or any other device properly

First Click On the link given below to Download Java Supported Mozilla Firefox browser.
1. Click on the link given below and download the Mozilla Firefox esr 52. as in image

1. First Open your Mozilla Firefox Browser and enter the url : www.java.com and click on free Java Download as shown in the picture below.



2. Click on Agree and Start Free Download



3. Then go to your download folder and right click on downloaded file name jxpiinstall.exe and select Run as Administrator.




4. Now follow the Installation Steps as shown in the Picture below and your java installation is complete.


5. Now go to the concern website where you are working. if you are a csc vle then login to your digital seva portal and go to the Adhar Seeding with bank Account under financial tab for checking whether your java is install properly or not. if you are going to run biometric device or any other device then please install the driver.


6. Click on Login with Digital Seva Connect.


 7. Select any bank just for testing whether your Java is running properly or not


8. Then enter your Aadhar number and select the finger print and click on check box then finally click on Proceed Button.


9. Now You can see Java is running properly and click on Allow on popup appear to run java on your browser.


10. Again Click on allow and Remember.


11. Here you can see the Application Blocked by Java Security. That means you have to configure the security setting of java. To configure java click on ok button and then copy the url which is shown in blue box.


12.  Now to to the control panel and Click on java for Java Configuration.


13. Select the Security tab of Java Control Panel Click on Edit Site List. A new Window Exception Site List appear, Click on add button then enter the copied url (http://aua.csc.gov.in for csc vle) and Click ok and then click Apply on Java Control Panel.


14.  Now your browser is java enabled and ready to work. Just Repeat Step no - 5 to Step 10 and you get a following Security Warning message.




15.  Just Select the check box I accept the risk and want to run this application and click on run .....
